1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FileConverter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FileConverter provides free online file conversion tools. Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 minutes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service for illegal activities or copyright infringement.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse server resources.
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit excessive requests.

4. File Size & Limitations

Maximum file size is 500 MB. Maximum 20 files per upload. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

FileConverter does not claim any ownership of uploaded or converted files. Your files remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

FileConverter is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or conversion errors.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
